Certified Public Accountant by ITAM and Master in Accounting, joint program of the same Institute and the International University of Florida. He studied the Senior Management Program at IPADE and the Centered Learning Colloquium at the Harvard Business School.

Since 1987 he has held the position of Partner-Director of Paintings STK S.A. of C.V. (PINTURAS COMEX), Independent Director of Corporate Governance, of several companies. Until May 2005 member of the Commission of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles of the Mexican Institute of Public Accountants. He is a professor in the Academic Department of Public Accounting and Financial Strategy at ITAM. Actively participates, for more than 30 years, in different programs tailored to the companies in the Directorate of University Extension and Executive Development of the same Institute, is coordinator and professor of the Diploma in Corporate Finance in the area of ??Institutional Diplomates, as well as Professor in the Executive Program of Training in the Energy Sector (Joint Program between ITAM and HEC Montreal) and, Professor of Financial Accounting in the Business Masters and Associate Professor of Business Combination in the Bachelor of Public Accounting and Financial Strategy. At Florida International University, he received training on the implications of applying the Sarbanes-Oaxley Act, as well as imparting this subject in the Master's Degree in Public Accounting at ITAM. He has given numerous conferences in Mexico and abroad. Among its publications are the following: Valuation of Intangible Assets a strategic approach, from the book Practical Application of Liabilities, Provisions and Contingencies, and its most recent publication the book on mergers and acquisitions in Mexico.
